We do not accept orders that are not G rated. MUST BE SUITABLE FOR A CHILD TO SEE. We DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS THAT ARE PORNOGRAPHIC IN NATURE. This includes all art forms. We also do not accept orders that promote alcohol, this includes taverns, bars, night clubs,casinos,drugs to name a few. (marijuana plants). If you are not sure your project will be accepted please contact us.

All custom coasters are made to order and are non-refundable. You will receive one free virtual proof via email. Optionally you may choose to receive a sample coaster before production.  Sample coasters are 25.00 + shipping. You will only be charged for the sample if you should choose not to begin production. Otherwise 25.00 less shipping will be deducted from your order, making your sample virtually free!

Before production begins you will receive a virtual proof via email to sign off and agree to begin production. Once you have signed off, production will begin within a few days. Once production begins we will not be able to stop or revise your order. So please make sure your happy with the virtual proof before you sign off .
